Recover sign-in or reset a password
Use the account recovery path without exposing credentials or losing sight of your original game.

Before you start: requirements and access
- Access to the email address used for Relay. Keep the original game link separately.
Steps
- Check the email address and the error shown on Log in. Use the same sign-in method you used for the account when it is available.
- For a forgotten password, open Reset your password, enter your account email, and follow the secure email link to choose a new password. A reset-request confirmation does not reveal whether an account exists.
- If already signed in, open Settings → Account → Change password. Follow the form requirements and any request to sign in again.
- After recovery, reopen the original game. If an expired confirmation link or missing email still blocks you, contact support with the route, approximate time, and a description of the error—not the secure link.
