How to pay for a Relay subscription

Pay for your hosting plan in five steps. This is separate from repaying a game host. Renewals are manual; Relay will not automatically charge you.

For: Account owners buying or renewing a paid plan.

Before you start: requirements and access
  • Sign in to your Relay account. A paid plan and payment method must be available.

Steps

  1. Choose a plan. Open Settings → Plan & billing → Plans. Select an available paid plan, choose a payment method, and submit the request to see your payment details.
  2. Check the details. On your payment request, review the exact amount, recipient, account details, instructions, and payment policy. Use the QR code if one is provided.
  3. Send your payment. Pay the exact amount outside Relay using the listed method. Keep the transaction reference from your payment provider.
  4. Submit your reference. Return to the payment request. Under Already paid?, enter the payment provider’s transaction reference—not the Relay request reference. A screenshot is optional. Select Submit payment for verification.
  5. Wait for approval. Relay checks that the money arrived. Open your request from Plan & billing to check its status and expected review time. Do not pay again while it is awaiting verification.
