Confirm the court arrangement

Record an external booking or explicitly say no booking is needed.

For: Hosts and co-hosts

Before you start: requirements and access
  • Knowledge of the venue’s actual access and reservation requirements. Relay cannot book it for you.

Steps

  1. Contact or use the venue’s external booking service to confirm your time and access.
  2. In Game settings → Booking, record the relevant status, reference, amount, or notes. Keep booking facts separate from repayment collections.
  3. When Set up Play asks Is the court ready?, choose Booking confirmed or No booking needed only when true. Choose Not yet if unresolved.
  4. Recheck the arrangement if the court changes. Once resolved, proceed to the Players, Game options, and Review setup stages.
