Why isn’t my public game in Open games?

Publication, Public visibility, and discovery eligibility are separate milestones.

Before you start: requirements and access

A published saved game with Public visibility.

Check Game settings for Public visibility. Link-only and Private games are not directory listings.
Choose Free during Create game or in Game settings → Payments if players owe nothing. Collect payment during creation records intent, not a price or balance due. Use Set up payment in Overview to configure expenses, price, and instructions in Game settings → Payments. Unset payment is never Free. The original host can confirm switching a collection to Free: outstanding requests are cancelled, while proof and payment history are retained for follow-up. Relay does not issue refunds. Decide later is unavailable after a collection exists.
Check the game is published or live and has not ended. Then open Open games and clear restrictive filters to find it.

Expected outcome

An eligible public game has a disclosed player price before a discoverer RSVPs. For multiple collections, Relay displays the highest aggregate assigned player total, not necessarily every player’s exact share.

Troubleshooting

Publishing a game does not automatically set up payment. If the amount is still unset, the shared link can work while discovery remains unavailable.
If eligibility looks correct, check filters and current game state before reporting a missing listing. Do not change the amount to Free unless players genuinely owe nothing.
