Before you start: requirements and access
- A sent payment proof in an accessible game that has not been cancelled.
Steps
- Open Payments and select the submitted proof for the correct player/share.
- Compare the proof with the external transaction and expected amount/recipient. Relay does not verify the payment provider for you.
- Confirm only when satisfied, or request replacement with a short note explaining what must be clearer.
- After a replacement arrives, review again and confirm the saved status.
