Before you start: requirements and access
  • Sign in to an active Relay account. Agent must be enabled by an administrator.
  • Available capabilities and monthly message allowance depend on your account and the current Agent settings.

Steps

  1. Open Agent, then select + at the lower left of the message box. Browse Create and Explore. Creation tasks start a conversation with one question at a time and keep your unsent draft; Explore tasks insert prompts for you to review and send; you can also type your request directly. Type / in the message box to browse enabled tasks, then add a word such as court to filter. Use arrow keys and Enter, or tap a task, to start setup in chat or insert its prompt. Escape closes the menu without changing your draft.
  2. Explore past, current, upcoming, completed or cancelled games and your drafts when game answers are enabled. My Games and Invitations are separate collections: ask for invitation history or unanswered invitations. Narrow by name, venue, dates, group, your role or RSVP. Open games follow the same public discovery rules as the app; they are not a public archive.
  3. Choose My game insights under Explore, or ask Agent for your own hosted-game count, games and matches played, wins, win rate, points, and recent scored games. These are the same recorded account statistics shown on your private game insights page; they are not a competitive rating. Agent links a recent game only if you can still open it.
  4. Ask about a game’s overview, players, attendance, booking state, Play courts and queue, recorded scores, Recap highlights or standings. You can also read permitted payment summaries, chat messages and Story photo captions. Hosts and co-hosts can see player payment rows; other participants see only their own. Agent does not read payment account credentials, proof images or device-local Quick Play history, and it does not interpret photo contents. Open the linked game section for those visual controls.
  5. Search your groups by name or owner/member role, ask for a group’s description and members, then explore its upcoming or completed games. Group membership allows game summaries but does not unlock a private game’s roster or other sections. Ask to continue when a list is partial; if the read limit is reached, narrow the question or open the linked page. An empty filtered list does not mean your entire history is empty.
  6. Ask how to use Relay with a few specific words, such as create a game or invite players. Agent uses current Help Center guides and links to the source so you can open the complete instructions.
  7. Ask for courts near you. Agent asks which city or neighborhood to search in Relay's directory. It does not access device location or reserve a court.
  8. When game creation is enabled, ask to create a game, save a draft, replay a completed game you hosted, or create a game for your group. Agent retains details already supplied and asks for one missing detail per reply.
  9. Quick Play is a local session on your device. Ask to set it up with player names, courts, and a play mode. A quick hosted game is a saved game instead; Agent clarifies which you want.
  10. When group creation is enabled, create a group or save an eligible game's crew as a group. Review the people included before confirming.
  11. Open All capabilities & help from the + or / menu for these instructions. Current Agent creation does not edit existing games, RSVP, change roles, confirm payments, or send external messages; use those features' regular Relay pages.
