Create games and groups with Agent
Answer one question at a time in chat, review the details, and explicitly approve what Agent creates.
For: Signed-in hosts and group creators
Before you start: requirements and access
- An administrator must enable the relevant Agent creation capability.
- Normal game creation limits and permissions apply. You must host a completed game to replay it; saving a crew requires a completed game you hosted that is not already linked to a group. Replaying preserves the source game’s court, eligible group, and access settings for review.
Steps
- Choose a Create action or tell Agent what you want to create. Agent asks one missing question at a time in chat and keeps the details you already supplied. A setup card below the chat shows how many details have been collected; Agent asks for the next detail in its reply. Games need a name, court, schedule, capacity, and court count. Replays, group games, and saved crews also need an eligible source. Groups need a name; Quick Play needs player names and courts. Optional settings are shown in the review. Check Philippine time, location, participation, visibility, payment choice, and draft or publication intent. Save a game draft keeps draft intent through review and approval. New games do not mark a court booking as confirmed.
- For group games or replays, expand Players to invite and review the audience. A saved crew includes linked Going players and you as owner, and links the source game to the new group. Guests without accounts are not added.
- Tell Agent what to change, or select Edit details to start a correction in chat. Changes require a fresh review and approval. Saved setup answers return when you reopen the conversation; Continue in chat resumes the next question, and Cancel ends setup. Completed creations retain their resource links. Collected details still need validation. Typing yes never creates anything; use the explicit approval button on the final review.
- Select Approve & create game, Approve & save draft, or Approve & create group on the final review. Wait for the result, then use Open game or Open group. Collect payment records your intent; finish setup in Game settings → Payments. Public discovery requires Free or a stated player price.
- For Quick Play, choose Paddle Stack, Mix It Up, Balanced Mix, or Court Climb; use regular Quick Play setup for Team Round Robin, skill inputs, and fixed pairs. Review player names, courts, and mode, then select Approve & start Quick Play. Confirm replacement if this device already has a local session. It opens Play locally without creating an account game or inviting anyone.
- Return to the chat to recover the result if you navigate away or lose connection. Confirmation retries recover the same created game or group. Stop response stops generation; it does not undo a creation that already completed.
